Sauna
The sauna has a refreshing effect on the body, it increases its metabolic rate,
helps eliminate toxins and waste products, it beautifies and cleanses the skin, it helps cell production.
We have four saunas and one salt chamber.
• 90°C Finnish sauna 6-8 pers.

Finnish sauna - The refreshing effect of sweating in the sauna is provided by the high temperature and low humidity (maximum 10%). During the sauna, blood vessels expand, thus
increasing the body’s resilience, helping detoxification. It’s also beneficial for the heart and blood flow, making the skin silky smooth. It has a calming effect on the brain, facilitating deeper and more intense sleep.
In our outdoor log sauna, guests can enjoy the benefits of the Finnish sauna in a real Scandinavian atmosphere. Temperature: 70-90 °C
Infra sauna - Its main role is health preservation. While in a traditional sauna, the air gets hotter and hotter in order to induce sweating, in the infra sauna, it is the body that heats up. It has an excellent analgesic effect: it can used to alleviate and heal chronic inflammation (sinusitis, rhino-sinusitis, pelvis inflammation), rheumatism, arthritis, sciatica, muscle spasms, neck, shoulder and
lower back pain caused by muscle stiffness. Temperature: 40 °C
Steam bath - This is the domain of high humidity. Sweating is induced by the almost 100% relative humidity. It improves blood circulation, and the hot steam is beneficial for the cardiovascular system. It is an anti-hypertensive, furthermore, it decreases cortisol levels, helping us feel better. The steam bath cleanses airways, helps treat sore throats, coughing and influenza. The hot steam improves the skin’s blood supply, expands pores and cleanses the skin. It heats up joints, and last but not least, burns calories.
